Tips for the DISC Behavioral Wheel:

What does it mean when a person is plotted right in the center of the wheel?

This means that they are expressing two opposite styles at the same time. The D and the S or the I and the C. Because these are opposite styles in terms of pace, priority, behavior, and emotion, they may experience frequent internal tension and pull between those styles. In turn, this may cause external tension as others may not know which person will be present. If this person can learn to be aware and decide which style is most appropriate for the situation, this can be an advantage because they literally understand the styles at the opposite sides of the wheel.
